Justin Stoddart, co-founder and CEO of ProInsight, is on a mission to help relationship-based service professionals build businesses that are not only impactful but also scalable and sellable. “We had a model,” Justin said, “but it was a bit of a mess. We brought in a consultant to help improve it, but it still wasn’t working for where we were as a company.”

“We built a five-year forecast that aligned with what investors were expecting—things like triple-triple-double-double-double growth,” he said. “In a spreadsheet, we couldn’t demonstrate that. We could talk about it in theory, but not actually show it.”
